'Lowanna Beach Resort'

Our latest project that is currently in the D.A. process.

About this project:

Lowanna is a staged multi-residential project combining a mix of various apartment types. This combined 7 level building is located adjacent Kawana Shopping World and is within easy walking distance of the Kawana Surf Club and beach.

The surrounding context is a combination of low-medium density residential houses and apartments to the north east and south and the shopping centre to the west.

The proposal features 109 apartments and 411m2 of ground floor commercial tenancies addressed by a foyer facing Bermagui Crescent. A new 10m wide link is provided between Bermagui Crescent and Lowanna Drive. This provides a valuable link between the community based shopping precinct to the beach in accordance with the local area plan. This link combined with Bermagui Crescent frontage provides a retail/ the hospitality opportunity to enliven this new addition to Kawana.

Above the activated ground plane a recreational podium is provided to the northern edge of the site with pool, BBQ area and community hub.
